How do I initiate a project with your team?

How quickly can you start on my project? How does scailing up or down work?
Generally we can begin within a week of signing an agreement with us. Similarly scaling up is also possible within a week. Scailing down requires a 30 day written notice.
What technologies and programming languages does your team specialize in?
We specialize in Ruby on Rails, React, React Native, Vue, Node.js, PHP, .Net, Java, and more. We also have experience with many popular platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and more.
Am I allowed to work on the code?
Yes, it is very common to work alongside a technical founder or with an existing team. We have a very open and transparent process, and we want you to be as involved as you wish.
Will I get to talk with the developer, or only the PM?
You will have direct access to all the resources you engage with. We will be in constant contact with you, whether in daily/weekly standups or through other forms of async communication such as Slack, email, etc. We are not a black box; we aim for transparency across the entire organization.
Are meetings with me weekly, or can they be more frequent?
We are flexible and can adjust to your needs. We can have daily standups, weekly standups, or bi-weekly standups. We can also have more frequent meetings if needed. It is up to you.
How do you handle changes or additions to the project scope?
Our month to month model allows for flexibility. We can adjust the scope of the project as needed. We will work with you to define the project scope, create a timeline and budget, and assign a project manager to oversee the project. We will provide you with regular updates on the progress and make any changes or adjustments as needed.
How do you handle bugs or issues that arise after the project is complete?
We provide a 30-day warranty on all our work. If you find any bugs or issues with the project after it is complete, we will fix them for free.
What is your process for project management?
We use an agile project management methodology. We will work with you to define the project scope, create a timeline and budget, and assign a project manager to oversee the project. We will provide you with regular updates on the progress and make any changes or adjustments as needed.
How do you handle communication with clients?
We use various communication tools to keep in touch with our clients. We will provide you with regular updates on the project progress and make any changes or adjustments as needed. We are always available to answer any questions and will respond to your emails and phone calls promptly.
What is your process for testing and quality assurance?
We have a dedicated team of quality assurance engineers who will test the project at every development stage. Do you enforce test building?
It depends on the client. Generally, it is highly recommended but not a requirement. Our multi-step hiring process includes TDD as a pillar of Fetchly engineering. However, you may prefer more feature work over us writing tests. Ultimately, you will drive the scope in our model.
